1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Game.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of being operated by users under the minimum age requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to register an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities conducted through your account, and ensuring your login information remains secure.

You must not impersonate another person, use offensive or misleading usernames, sell, rent, or transfer your account without permission, or access accounts belonging to other users.

3. Ownership of Accounts and Virtual Items

All accounts, characters, items, points, currency, upgrades, rankings, and other in-game content remain the sole property of MafiaEmpire1955.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Game and its features.

Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value. Purchases grant a limited licence to use digital content within the Game and do not transfer ownership rights to you.

We may modify, remove, rebalance, reset, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for any perceived loss in value of virtual items, points, currencies, upgrades, or accounts.

4. Payments and Purchases

MafiaEmpire1955 may offer optional paid content including account upgrades, premium features, in-game items, points, virtual currency, and gameplay enhancements.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Purchases are optional. The Game remains free-to-play. Payment does not entitle you to ownership of any virtual property. Pricing and availability may change at any time.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your PayPal login details, full card number, card security code, or bank details on the Game server.

We reserve the right to revoke purchased items obtained through abuse, fraud, exploits, or chargebacks; suspend accounts involved in payment disputes or fraudulent activity; and remove or alter paid features without compensation.

5. Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds may be denied where virtual items or currency have already been used, the account has violated these Terms, or fraud, abuse, or chargebacks are suspected.

Requesting chargebacks or payment reversals without contacting support first may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, and removal of purchased content.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Player Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other players; post hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or illegal content; impersonate staff; distribute malware or phishing links; exploit bugs; use bots, scripts, automation tools, autoclickers, macros, or cheats; interfere with the Service; attempt unauthorised access; or use the Game for unlawful purposes.

Public chat, messaging, usernames, and player-generated content must remain appropriate. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, remove, or monitor content at our discretion.

7. Cheating, Exploits, and Abuse

Fair play is essential to the integrity of the Game. Exploiting bugs or glitches, duplicating items or currency, account boosting, automation or scripting, manipulating rankings unfairly, abusing payment systems, or coordinated abuse intended to disrupt gameplay are strictly prohibited.

You must report serious exploits promptly.

We reserve the right to remove items or currency, reverse transactions, reset accounts, rollback game progress, freeze accounts, permanently ban players, and wipe data affected by exploits. These actions may occur without warning or compensation.

8. Account Suspensions and Terminations

We may suspend, restrict, freeze, or permanently terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violations of these Terms.

This includes cheating, abuse, harassment, exploit usage, fraud, suspicious activity, security concerns, or conduct harmful to the Game or community.

We are not obligated to provide explanations, evidence, warnings, or appeals. Termination may result in loss of characters, items, virtual currency, rankings, purchases, and access to the Service.

9. Multi-Accounting and Account Sharing

Multiple accounts, account sharing, or coordinated account usage may be restricted or prohibited at our discretion.

We reserve the right to investigate linked accounts using technical, behavioural, payment, or connection-based indicators. Accounts determined to be connected in violation of our rules may be restricted, frozen, or terminated.

10. Public Chat and User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but by posting or transmitting content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, store, distribute, moderate, remove, archive, and publish that content in connection with operating and promoting the Game.

You are solely responsible for any content you post. We are not responsible for player-generated content or communications.

11. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Game may be modified, suspended, limited, reset, discontinued, or rolled back at any time.

Scheduled maintenance, outages, data loss, balancing changes, wipes, and technical failures may occur. We are not liable for downtime, loss of progress, deleted accounts, corrupted saves, service interruptions, or economic changes within the Game.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in MafiaEmpire1955, including code, artwork, graphics, databases, systems, logos, writing, game mechanics, trademarks, and branding, are owned by or licensed to the operator of the Game.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, exploit, modify, or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.

13. Privacy

We may collect and process account information, IP addresses, gameplay activity, device/browser information, payment-related information, chat logs, and moderation logs.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of virtual items or currency, reputational harm, or account loss.

Our total liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service within the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of MafiaEmpire1955 from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your conduct toward other users, or unlawful activity associated with your account.
